When Justin first came into our office he was obviously nervous. He had mentioned to us that he found it very difficult to go and see a dentist and clearly he wasn't joking. The most important thing for a dental professional to do in these circumstances is to acknowledge how the patient is feeling and to take it seriously. Once we had reassured Justin he was in good hands, and that from this moment on he was going to have a new set of dental memories to turn to, things just kept getting better. Twelve years later, Justin still sees us regularly.
